Santiago Hills might just be the best kept secret in Orange for anyone who wants to live right next to nature. This is a neighborhood I know incredibly well because it is exactly where I chose to raise my own family.
Tucked into the foothills of the Santa Ana Mountains, this area gives you unparalleled access to the outdoors. You have Santiago Oaks, Peter’s Canyon, and Irvine Regional Parks right outside your front door.
If you love hiking, running, or riding, there are very few places in the county that offer this kind of lifestyle.
Walking and equestrian trails seamlessly connect the communities to local parks, restaurants, and retail. On any given day, you will see neighbors out walking their dogs, riding their horses, or hitting the mountain bike trails.
The properties here offer a completely different feel from Old Towne. You will find a mix of condos and single family homes ranging from three to six bedrooms, with many offering spectacular views.
