I'm a certified Mike Staver coach with almost 20 years of real estate experience and over 7 years of coaching under my belt. I’ve built my business—and helped others build theirs—by asking the hard questions, getting clear on what really matters, and holding a high standard for how we show up.
My coaching style is a mix of straight talk and soul. I’ll challenge you when you need it, cheer you on when it counts, and help you discover, and stay accountable to, the version of yourself you’re working to become.

Coaching is month-to-month. Stay as long as it’s serving you.
