Nearly 20 years ago, I sat on the other side of the table as a first-time homebuyer—and I’ll never forget how confusing and stressful that experience was. I walked away thinking, There has to be a better way to do this. That moment changed everything. It’s why I became a Realtor in the first place: to offer the clarity, care, and guidance I wish someone had given me.

Early in my career, I branded myself the OCRealtress—a blend of “Realtor” and “Waitress”—a nod to my years in the OC active sports apparel industry, where I learned the power of high-touch, high-level service. I didn’t want clients to feel like transactions. I wanted them to feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. That commitment to service has been the heart of my business ever since.
